Rumor: Apple releasing iOS 4.0.1 next week?

By admin On June 27, 2010 Under Uncategorized

Apple Insider reports that, before being eliminated, a thread on Apple discussion forums confirmed iOS 4.0.1 was being prepared for launch next week to address – including the antenna of the dreaded error “hold different” issue (or “muerte-agarre”), if prefer you.

iOS 3.0.1 (iPhone) was released on July 31, 2009. 2.0.1 was on August 4, 2008.1.0.1 was on July 31, 2007. why so next week to 4.0.1?

If real, that is good news that Apple 1) moves quickly and 2) reception problem is related programs, which means its much easier to fix.

Meanwhile, the New York Times bits blog has a theory on why Apple will not discover this problem sending iPhone: Apple headquarters signal was strong, and when it was taken out of HQ for the test, in this case was disguised as an iPhone 3GS – and isolated of the antenna are very ironic?

So in the spirit of hope we’re keeping our eyes – and clicks of the mouse (mouse) – peeled for updates… do you?
